Troubleshooting FAQ

IPTV Setup FAQ — Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Common troubleshooting questions for your IPTV setup guide — buffering, credentials, EPG and device compatibility.

My stream is buffering — what do I do?
First check your internet speed — IPTV needs at least 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. You can run a quick test at fast.com. If speed is fine, try switching from the Premium server to Standard (or vice versa) in your app settings. Also try restarting your router. If the issue persists, contact us on WhatsApp with your username so we can check the server load in your region.
A channel is showing as offline or not found
Individual channels can occasionally go down for maintenance. Try refreshing your playlist in the app. If the channel is still missing after 30 minutes, contact us — we'll update the stream URL on our end and push the fix immediately.
I received my M3U URL — where do I paste it?
It depends on your app. In TiviMate: Add Playlist → M3U Playlist → paste. In IPTV Smarters: Add User → M3U URL → paste. In VLC: Media → Open Network Stream → paste. In Smart IPTV (Smart TV): go to siptv.eu/mylist and register it there. See the full device guides above for screenshots.
My credentials aren't working
Double-check that you're copying the full URL including the http:// prefix — sometimes emails clip the beginning. Also check for trailing spaces when pasting. If you still can't connect, send us your username on WhatsApp and we'll verify your account status straight away.
The EPG / programme guide isn't showing
EPG data is embedded in your M3U URL. In TiviMate, go to Settings → EPG → Update EPG and wait 2–3 minutes. In IPTV Smarters, go to Settings → Force sync EPG. If EPG is still missing after syncing, contact us and we'll send you a dedicated XMLTV EPG URL to use.
How do I set up on two devices at the same time?
If your subscription includes multiple simultaneous connections (2–4), simply set up each device using the same M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials. Each device uses one connection. If you get a "max connections" error, it means you've hit your connection limit — contact us to add more.
I changed device — do I need a new subscription?
No — your M3U URL and Xtream Codes work on any device. Just install a compatible app on your new device, paste your credentials, and you're set. No need to contact us unless you need help configuring it.
Video quality is lower than expected — how do I get 4K?
First make sure you're on a Premium server tier (4K is only available on Premium). Then check that your player is set to Auto quality or the highest resolution in the stream settings. Your internet connection also needs to deliver at least 25 Mbps sustained for stable 4K playback.
